Refund Policy

30 days. No forms. No questions.

If Cheat Code doesn't fit your business, we'd rather refund you than have your stuck money. This page tells you exactly how it works.

The promise

Within 30 days of your purchase, you can request a full refund for any reason. We process refunds within 5 working days. The amount goes back to the original payment method.

How to request a refund

Email hello@cheatcde.com with:

You don't need to give a reason. We may ask one question to understand what didn't fit — not to talk you out of the refund, but so we can improve the Product. Answering is optional.

What happens to your access

Once the refund is processed, your access to the members area is revoked and we no longer send you product updates. You're asked to delete any downloaded files. We don't have a way to recall downloaded files from your machine; this is a trust-based system.

What's NOT eligible for refund

After the 30-day window. UK consumer law generally requires us to offer refunds within 14 days for digital downloads; we voluntarily extend that to 30 days. After 30 days, we don't offer refunds.

Obvious abuse: requesting a refund after extracting all the Product content, re-buying weeks later for further extraction, etc. We reserve the right to refuse a refund in clear cases of bad-faith use, but this is rare and we err on the side of issuing the refund.

Chargebacks

If you have a problem, email us first. Chargebacks are expensive for small businesses (banks charge a £15-25 fee on top of the refund). We'd much rather just refund you directly. We respond to legitimate chargebacks but will dispute fraudulent ones.

Tax / VAT

Refunds include any tax or VAT charged at purchase, so you get the full amount back. Tax-side reconciliation is handled by our payment partner Paddle.
